Agent Agreement

Please read the agreement below before submitting your application. The agreement takes effect when your application is approved.

In brief

  • You receive 45% of LexiCo's revenue from your customers — from day 1.
  • You own the customer relationship as long as the customer is active and you follow up.
  • You contact each customer at least twice a year.
  • Payouts are monthly. You choose currency and method.
  • You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Earned commission is paid out.
  • No MLM. No commitment. No startup fee.

LexiCo obligations

As your partner, LexiCo AS commits to the following:

  • Comply with GDPR and Norwegian privacy legislation. All customer data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations, and LexiCo is the data controller.
  • Tag all new customers and services with the agent's unique ID, ensuring commission is calculated correctly from day one.
  • Provide the agent with access to Agent Dashboard with real-time data on customers, revenue, commission and payouts.
  • Provide professional marketing materials, email templates, presentations and sales tools at no cost.
  • Deliver monthly payout reports and provide agent support via email within 2 business days.

Commission and payment

The commission model is simple, transparent and equal for all agents:

  • Flat commission rate of 45% of LexiCo's net revenue from your customers. No progressive models or hidden deductions.
  • Commission starts from the first day the customer is active. No waiting period.
  • Payment is made monthly, by the 15th of the following month. Minimum payout amount: NOK 500.
  • You choose the payout method (bank transfer, PayPal) and currency (NOK, USD or EUR).

Agent obligations

As a LexiAgent, you commit to following these guidelines:

  • Never promise customers anything LexiCo does not offer. All marketing must be truthful and in line with LexiCo's official materials.
  • Follow up with each customer at least twice per year to present news and gather feedback. All follow-ups are logged in Agent Dashboard.
  • Represent LexiCo professionally in all communication with potential and existing customers.
  • Not share confidential information about LexiCo technology, pricing or business strategy with third parties.
  • Report customer complaints, technical issues or market challenges to LexiCo within a reasonable time.
  • Never recruit other agents. The LexiAgent program has no levels, pyramid structure or recruitment bonuses.

Customer ownership and follow-up

Customer ownership is central to the LexiAgent agreement:

  • The customer is linked to the agent from the moment of registration, either via a unique referral link or manual agent code.
  • The agent owns the customer relationship as long as the customer is active and the agent meets the activity requirement (min. 2 follow-ups/year).
  • Failure to follow up for more than 9 months may result in customers being transferred to another active agent. The agent is notified first.

Code of ethics

All LexiAgents shall act ethically and professionally:

  • No false promises, misleading marketing or exaggerated claims about LexiCo products or services.
  • No pyramid or network structure. You cannot earn money by recruiting other agents.
  • Respect customer autonomy. Never use pressure, threats or manipulation to acquire or retain customers.
  • Act in good faith towards both LexiCo and customers. Violation of ethical guidelines may lead to immediate termination of the agreement.

Termination and disputes

The agreement can be terminated by either party:

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice via email.
  • All earned commission is paid upon termination, regardless of who terminates.
  • Customers remain linked to the agent for 6 months after termination. Commission is paid during this period.
  • In case of disagreement, dialogue is attempted first, then mediation. Norwegian law applies. Venue: Tønsberg District Court.

Effective date and changes

About the agreement validity:

  • The agreement takes effect when your application is approved and you receive confirmation from LexiCo.
  • LexiCo may update the agreement with 30 days advance notice. Changes are sent by email. Continued use after the notice period is considered acceptance.
  • The current version of the agreement is always available at lexico.no/agent/avtale.
