We build
tomorrow's technology

LexiCo AS is a Norwegian software company combining deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation. We believe technology should make everyday life simpler, safer and more sustainable.

Our vision

We believe AI should be accessible, affordable and safe for all Norwegian businesses — regardless of size. Our vision is to democratize access to the world's best AI technology through Norwegian-developed software with full data sovereignty.

Our mission is simple: we build technology that makes AI cheaper to use, faster to integrate and safer to trust. Everything we do is rooted in Norwegian values of openness, trust and sustainability.

Transparency Open communication with customers, partners and investors. We hide nothing — not even our prices.
Trust Your data is yours. We treat it with respect, store it in Norway, and give you full control at all times.
Sustainability Our compression technology reduces energy consumption, water usage and CO₂ emissions from AI use. Technology that is good for both the wallet and the planet.

Our story

LexiCo AS was founded on a simple observation: businesses pay too much for AI, and they have too little control over their own data. We decided to solve both problems at once.

With backgrounds in software development, AI research and business development, we started work on what would become O(1) Proxy and STONE compression technology — two groundbreaking innovations delivering constant performance and dramatic cost reduction.

Today we deliver software to Norwegian organisations in the private and public sector, and we are growing fast. But we have only just begun.

Julian Andersen Berge

CTO / Technical Director

Julian Andersen Berge (b. 1996) is the architect behind the O(1) memory architecture and STONE compression engine — technologies unique in the world. 100% self-taught. He literally grew up with IT in his blood: childhood spent in a home with server racks, a complete LAN network and live web services while his father built GiBud.no from the home office. What started with LAN gaming and Doom became world-leading AI architecture. Julian built LexiCo's entire technology stack alone — the O(1) engine and STONE compression — without external help. Reviewed by Simula Research Laboratory and NTNU. CTO and co-founder, LexiCo AS.
