General
A LexiAgent is an independent person or company with an agreement to bring customers to LexiCo AS for commission. You work freely — when you want, where you want, using any method you prefer.
No. No education, experience or technical skills required. You get access to ready-made marketing materials, presentations and templates.
Absolutely not. You cannot recruit other agents for commission. No levels, pyramid structure or recruitment bonuses. You only earn from customers you bring yourself.
No. It's completely free to apply and become an agent. No startup fee, no license cost, no commitments.
Unlimited. We approve agents manually to ensure quality, but there's no upper limit.
Commission and earnings
It depends on customer count and product usage. You receive a flat 45% of LexiCo's revenue from your customers. Examples: 10 small customers (Cloud API): ~$500/mo. 1 Enterprise customer: $2,250–$22,500/mo. Mix of 30 customers: $2,000–$5,000+/mo. Use the commission calculator to estimate your income.
Immediately. No waiting period. You earn commission from the first approved transaction.
Monthly, by the 15th of the following month. You choose your payout method and currency (NOK, USD or EUR).
The commission rate (45%) is fixed and equal for all agents. LexiCo must give 30 days' notice before any changes.
As long as the customer is active, you receive commission. If they cancel, commission stops. The customer stays linked to you — if they return, commission resumes.
Customers and ownership
Share your unique referral link. When the customer signs up via the link, they're automatically linked to you. Alternatively, the customer can enter your agent code manually.
Yes. The customer belongs to you from the moment of registration, as long as they're active and you meet the activity requirement.
You must contact each customer at least twice a year to present updates and collect feedback. Everything is logged in the dashboard. If you miss follow-up for over 9 months, customers may be reassigned to another active agent.
Practical
Go to lexico.no/agent, fill out the application form (takes 2 minutes), and wait for approval (normally 1–3 business days).
No. You can be an individual, sole proprietor or corporation. You're responsible for your own tax obligations.
Yes, with 30 days' written notice. Earned commission is paid out.
First dialogue, then mediation, and as a last resort: court.
